Nothing. Just don't use the jessie3 plugin, it is highly experimental. 
Use the jessie plugin instead. (Even if released as part of the why2 
distribution, it nonetheless uses why3.)

And if you intend to use jessie3 anyway, modify src/jessie/register.ml 
around line 65, so that it knows about your installed provers.
